By accessing and using Filat.io, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Filat.io is a free online file conversion service that allows users to convert files between 200+ different formats. The Service includes:
- File upload and conversion
- Temporary file storage (2 hours)
- Download of converted files
- Support for documents, images, videos, audio, and more
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload files containing viruses or malware
- Upload copyrighted material without permission
- Upload illegal, offensive, or harmful content
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to abuse the Service
4. File Storage and Deletion
- Temporary Storage: All files are stored temporarily
- Automatic Deletion: Files are automatically deleted after 2 hours
- No Recovery: Once deleted, files cannot be recovered
- Download Responsibility: You must download converted files within 2 hours
5. Service Limitations
Maximum file size: 100 MB per file
We strive to provide high-quality conversions, but we cannot guarantee perfect results for all file types.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your uploaded files. By uploading files, you grant us a temporary license to process and convert your files. This license expires when your files are automatically deleted (after 2 hours).
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy or reliability of results
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILAT.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our Service uses third-party services for file processing and storage. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
